Where do you ship to?

We ship nationwide within Nigeria and offer door-to-door delivery within the country

When will I receive my order?

 Your order should be delivered within 2-5 working days. Customers in Abuja can opt for same or next-day delivery (If there is any delay due to unforeseen circumstances, our customer service team will contact you). Please note that orders placed after 3 pm will not be delivered until the next working day for same or next day deliveries, while orders for pickup can be picked up immediately after placing the order. 

What payment method do you accept?

We accept the following credit/debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit  (Pay using a card), and bank transfers, we accept cash on delivery for FCT Abuja only.

Can I add new items to an existing order?

Unfortunately, once your order has been confirmed via email you cannot add a new item to your order. You will have to place a separate order.

How do I return or exchange an item?

You can return and exchange (or get a refund)for an item if it is still new and unused within 7 days of purchase. Please contact our customer service teams to guide you on that.
